Martin Goddard
Founder & Owner
The experience behind Ultimate Decor.
Martin founded Ultimate Decor in 2004, bringing more than two decades of hands-on experience to the business.
City & Guilds qualified in professional spray application, Martin sets the standards that run through every Ultimate Decor project. From initial consultations and estimating to product selection, problem-solving and quality control, he remains closely involved in the technical side of the business.
Martin's philosophy has remained simple from day one: preparation is everything, never cut corners and never compromise on the finish.
Joseph "Joe" Tuck
Head Technician
The technical eye for detail.
As Head Technician, Joe is one of the people responsible for turning the plan into the finished kitchen.
Highly experienced in professional preparation and spray application, he works across both our specialist workshop and customers' homes. Joe is methodical, technically minded and particularly focused on the small details that separate an average paint job from a professional spray finish.

Paddi Harland-Goddard
Spray Technician
The next generation of Ultimate Decor.
Paddi brings energy, precision and a hands-on approach to the team, working alongside Joe across both our workshop and on-site projects.
From stripping and preparation to masking, spraying, finishing and final refitting, Paddi is involved throughout the transformation. having been trained within the Ultimate Decor system, he understands that the quality of the finish is determined long before the final coat is applied.
For Paddi, it's all about doing every stage properly and taking pride in the finished result.
Chantal
Administration & Customer Support
The friendly voice keeping everything connected.
Chantal plays a key role in making sure the customer experience runs as smoothly as the spraying process itself.
Working behind the scenes, she helps manage enquiries, customer communication, scheduling and project coordination - making sure customers know what's happening and the technical team knows exactly where they need to be.
Chantal helps turn all the moving parts of a busy spray-painting company into one organised customer journey.
Isabelle
Administration & Customer Support
The organisation behind the operation.
Isabelle works behind the scenes supporting the day-to-day administration that keeps Ultimate Decor moving.
From maintaining project information and supporting customer communication to helping coordinate the details our technicians rely upon, Isabelle provides an important second layer of the organisation within the business.
Her role might not be visible when we're spraying your kitchen, but it's an important part of making sure everything runs smoothly.

How long will the respray take?
On average, a complete kitchen transformation takes no more than five working days and is completed within the week
Is there a guarantee?
Yes. Our workmanship is 100% guaranteed. In the unlikely event of an issue arising from our preparation or application, we'll put it right.
Does the spray paint have an odour?
Very little. We use professional, low-VOC coating systems specifically designed for this type of work, meaning there are no strong, lingering paint smells within your home.
Can you match colours?
Absolutely. We can colour-match virtually any colour, including popular shades from Farrow & Ball, Little Greene, Dulux and other leading brands, as well as RAL colours.
Do I need to empty my cupboards?
No. In most cases there's no need to empty your cupboards.
Can you reposition handles and fill in gaps?
Yes. Changing your handles can make a huge difference to the overall transformation.
Where suitable, we can remove existing handles, professionally fill the old fixing holes and prepare the doors for new handles in a different style, size or position.
Do you spray worktops?
Yes. We resurface suitable kitchen worktops using our ReNu-Coat system, which gives them a beautiful, durable stone-effect finish with antibacterial and antimicrobial properties. We can also carry the same finish onto suitable tiles or splashbacks for a seamless look across the kitchen.
